Ingredients for four people:
· 120 g of butter
· 100 g of sugar
· 100 g of flour for baking
· 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
· 1 large cup of Lavazza coffee with little sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 packet of yeast
· milk
· salt

We leave butter at room temperature for a while and then add in a food processor with the sugar (reserving 1 tablespoon), beat the mixture on low speed until foamy. We keep adding the beaten eggs, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, mix and add 2 tablespoons milk and yeast. Pour entire mixture into a greased baking dish before with butter, sprinkle evenly with a mixture of 1 tablespoon of cocoa, and sugar. We ended quickly adding Lavazza coffee cold.
Bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 min. After this time we take it out of the oven and let cool. We will present the dessert with the cake cut and under some cream with coffee that has formed in bottom of pan.
This recipe is also used to make muffins with smaller molds. The cooking time will be less than about 20-25 minutes.
