"To make this coffee panna cotta is essential to use a coffee that is to your liking, there are now so many options with coffee capsules ... we have done with the Lavazza coffee we chose the Lavazza Espresso Point coffee Luxo 10.

Ingredients (4 servings)
250 grams of cream 35% M. G., 1.5 gr. Agar agar (or four sheets of gelatin), 200 ml of espresso, 100 gr. sugar (you can add more or less to taste), 1 c / s condensed milk, c / n coffee syrup.

For the coffee syrup: 150 gr. sugar, 100 ml espresso.

Start preparing the coffee syrup, for it, put the sugar in a large saucepan and put to heat, melting it go evenly, do not need to move. Meanwhile prepare the espresso. Once done, I slowly pour the syrup over the saucepan and mix well. Cook over medium-low heat until reduced by acquiring syrupy. Remember it will thicken more as it cools.

To make the rhubarb in a saucepan add the cream or heavy cream and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and incorporates the agar agar, mix well with ribs and simmer one minute. Remove from heat.
