What better for summer than an ice cream? Soft, fresh and intense thanks to the Lavazza coffee. A simple recipe to delight the guests with handmade ice cream.

Ingredients (For 8/10 people):

  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g sugar
  • 300 g cream
  • 100 ml Lavazza espresso coffee short

Preparation time:
30 minutes + 12 hours in the freezer.

Prepare a cup of Lavazza espresso coffee.
Assemble the cold cream until you get the desired texture and leave it in the fridge, while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Separate the yolks and egg whites.
Put 100 grams of sugar with the yolks and beat (for about 3 minutes) with an electric rod until a thick foam is obtained, then add it to the whipped cream.
Remember to stir slowly.
Mount the egg whites until very firm snow, adding the rest of the 50 grams of sugar.
Combine everything to the cream with the yolks and stir from bottom to top.
After obtaining a uniform mixture, add the cold Lavazza coffee and keep stirring slowly.
Put the ice cream in a bowl, cover it with clear film and store it in the freezer.
