For four people:
- Sugar 100 g
- 3 cups of coffee Lavazza
- 1/2 kg of ricotta (cottage cheese)
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 cups of rum
- 4 pasta
- 1 slice of lemon confit
For decoration: coffee beans

We take the beat ricotta and sugar together until frothy mass. Then add the remaining ingredients gradually: milk, rum, Lavazza coffee, pasta into thin strips and diced candied lemon.
Incorporate the mixture into individual bowls and garnish with coffee beans on top.
Let cool between 4 and 5 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
